The bag was bought for 2026 and can therefore not yet confirm durability over time but at face value it is well made with ample capacity and pockets. My only critique is that the pulling handle seems a tad flimsy for a bag which can hold up to 8kgs and can only lock into place when fully extended, not half way too compared to the previous school bag. Service was great. Received a phone call the day after I ordered to confirm the delivery address and it arrived the day thereafter.
