Delivery

All orders R 700 and above are delivered free of charge in South Africa.

Orders under R 700 are charged at a flat rate of R 70 in South Africa.

Most items on our website are items that we have in stock making our delivery time 2 to 3 working days to all major centers, delivery to outlying areas are 3 to 5 working days, once receipt of payment has been received

In the unlikely event that we sold out of an item and subject to stock availability with suppliers, requests will be processed within 7 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers we will deliver via Post Office or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by a courier within their normal routes. In these circumstances we will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.

Giovanni’s will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Giovanni’s standards. Should we exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Returns and Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from us and that have the original packaging and have not been used can be returned.
